REFUND POLICY

Refunds and Returns are subjected to supplier agreements with Valtonian Tech and will be advised upon.

 

Valtonian Tech's Policy.
 

*Returns within 12 hours from Items / Products have been received.

*Products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.

*Products must not be damaged, scratched or misused in anyway to be eligible for a refund or return.

*All electrical products must be connected to a working surge protector, Will not be subjected to a refund or return if damaged, Any Warranty or Guarantee will be voided if products is damaged via, Power surges, Loadshedding, Lightning or Unstable power supply.

*Computer products, CPU, Motherboard, Memory, GPU and related components must not be overclocked or tampered with while product / Items are in Warranty. Might cause unnecessary damages or limited lifetime.

*Refunds through payment plan portals will be subjected to the specific entities refund policy.
*Client is responsible for delivery/courier charges.
*Returned products/Items will be examined and tested before the refund will occur. 
*Refunds will either be cash or product exchange where as in a case of product exchange the client will be charged for additional costs arising if product is exchanged for a more expensive item/product.
*Product/Item refund may be delayed by product/stock availability.
