Valtonian tech / Valtone Tech 5 (PTY) Ltd is a registered retail shop of various computer hardware, electronic components and accessories. Registered with selected suppliers of brands available and products on our website.
-Purchases made may be delayed depending on stock availability with supplier, prices and stock availability may change in short notice and thus cannot be held responsible.
-Valtonian tech will do their best to supply and make sure that products purchased are delivered on time with no delays with ample stock availability on specific product/s
-As a client you have a responsibility to check invoices and make sure the right product that is ordered are correct.
-All products carries a warrantee for a set amount of months/years as specified on the invoices.
-If a client is unhappy with the product or faulty, The product must be returned within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund.
-2nd hand products will clearly be listed on the website in a separate category and will clearly be indicated. No refunds or warranties are given with 2nd hand products / Items are purchased "AS IS" All products will be tested before listed or available for purchase.
-From time to time 2nd hand products might be available on our social pages only that will be specified clearly and sold as is, No warrantees nor guarantees will be included and clients will be made fully aware.
-Product images, Descriptions, Weight and color might differ from order or on package description/details, Specifications will however be as quoted for or will be informed if information has changed.
-Images used are for advertisement and promotional purposes.
-Pricing on the Valtonian Tech website can change at any time and might be different from what is promoted on Valtonian Tech's social media pages and in store.
-Warranties on the website might differ and will be corrected on receipts and or Invoice.
-Lead times on purchased items are estimated between 7-14 days depending on product and availability, products could be back-ordered at any time.
-Returns and refunds as per supplier terms in most cases.
-Returned products will be tested and reviewed for a decision on refunding, replacing or repairing product/s, Could lead up to 30 working days.
-A handling fee is charged on all returned products and clients are responsible for the courier/returning of the product/s.
-All electronic components, hardware, accessories that rely on household, Municipality, Solar or any power suppliers or power supplies MUST have a WORKING surge protector installed on all outlets otherwise warranty will be voided and will not be eligible for any returns, repairs or refunds. Proof must be displayed by a authorized personnel or company stating that the device was/is in a working condition.
-Valtonian tech can not be held responsible for loose, loss and/or damaged goods received by external deliveries.
-Deliberate damage/force/faulty connections via DIY/overclocking/ etc. will not be refunded or repaired.
-Valtonian Tech is not an accredited installer or technician of products such as solar panels, inverters and large format printers and might make use of 3rd party contractors or companies, additional warranties/service/maintenance plans are available for purchase with the selected supplier on request and may carry additional charges.
-Consignment stock / Merchandise carries a limited time warranty with selected products and not eligible for a refund but can be replaced with a different product of the same value.
-In some cases regarding Merchandise faults, the client will be put in contacts with the supplier for disputes as Valtonian Tech can not be held responsible for faulty goods, print qualities, color, fading etc. All products will however be inspected and quality checked before listed on our website or available in store.
